1. Eligibility for Exchange

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Requests for exchange must be made within 15 days of delivery. Products on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective.

3. Exchange Process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for compliance with our exchange policy. If approved, we will ship the replacement item within 15 business days.

4. Shipping Costs for Exchange

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange. However, if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
